Job summary

Storage Asset Management is seeking a dynamic Sales/Leasing professional to convert inquiries into rentals and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our self-storage facilities. You will conduct tours, ensure clean and secure premises, and assist with marketing and community outreach.

The role requires weekend availability, strong communication, and a background in leasing or retail operations. A HS diploma is required; college education is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Open availability including weekends is necessary.
• Experience in leasing, retail, or operations is preferred.
• Sales or marketing background with ability to close leads is desirable.
• Must be energetic, open to new ideas and direction changes.
• HS diploma/GED; college education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell storage units and convert inquiries into rentals.
• Conduct engaging facility tours to drive conversions.
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and presentable.
• Perform daily facility inspections for premium presentation.
• Assist in marketing plans and community outreach.
• Mentor and support assistant managers with sales skills.
• Manage rent collections and maintain accurate records.
