Job summary

The Facilities Technician with Huntington National Bank manages retail and corporate bank properties in the Memphis/Jackson Tennessee area. The role is remote in description, but requires on-site coverage of bank facilities and on-call emergency response with overtime based on business need.

You will self-perform 40-60% of maintenance work, coordinate with vendors, and use the work order system to document inspections, repairs, and annual site assessments across assigned properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of facilities management experience with basic preventive maintenance across multiple facilities.
• Experience with budgeting for facility repairs and vendor proposal reviews.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a Huntington-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Project planning, budgeting and all aspects of maintenance, construction, relocation, and remodeling.
• Self-perform 40-60% of non-contracted services.
• Verify vendor performance and pricing.
• Visit every assigned property quarterly.
• Operate facilities management work order system.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance with vendors.
