Job summary

Anywhere Talent is seeking an experienced Facility Manager (Remote) to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and strategic facility projects in the United States. You will manage budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships while aligning with safety codes and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on facility management experience in the United States.
• Demonstrated project management experience with budgets and timelines.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes and OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency with facility management and PM software (MS Project, Asana, Trello).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, security, cleaning, and vendor management.
• Plan and manage facility improvement and relocation projects from start to finish.
• Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
• Lead and mentor facility staff, ensuring safety protocols and best practices.
