United Smart Tech is seeking an experienced Facility Manager (Remote) to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and strategic development of our facilities across the United States. The role requires hands-on U.S.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on facility management experience in the United States.
Demonstrated project management experience (budgets, timelines, cross-functional teams).
Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes, OSHA regulations, and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Proficiency with facility management software and project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, and Trello.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, security, cleaning, and vendor management.
Plan and manage facility improvement, renovation, and relocation projects from start to finish.
Source and manage contracts with vendors and service providers; monitor SLAs.
Lead and mentor facility staff and ensure safety protocols are followed.
