Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree preferred.
• Up to 3 years of experience in retail, construction, commercial, general contracting, project management, vendor management or account management.
• Ability to prepare and track project budgets.
• Understanding of facilities repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Experience with architectural drawings for furniture and space planning concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to provide quality service and meet KPIs.
• Manage emergency phone rotation as needed.
• Oversee aging work orders from start to finish.
• Review invoices and proposals.
• Maintain documentation in the Team Coordinator shared drive.
