Job summary

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to provide support across multiple projects for our North Carolina region. This remote role requires local proximity for site visits to Charlotte, Durham, Raleigh, and other NC locations.

• Ability to prepare and track budgets.
• Understanding of technical requirements for relocation, construction and renovation projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with architects, contractors, and client representatives.

Responsibilities

• Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments.
• Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
• Identify and address risk related to project, logistics, budget and scope.
• Coordinate and track Vendor RFPs.
• Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare/update project status reports and maintain financial files.
