Job summary

Wealth Enhancement Group is seeking a Facilities Specialist for a fully remote role with up to 40% travel. The candidate will plan expansions and renovations of offices, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors and building management. Strong communication and leadership are essential, as is a PMP preference and experience in facilities projects.

The role emphasizes adherence to brand standards, space utilization, and cross-location collaboration with the Facilities Director.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is preferred and 3+ years of facilities planning or project management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to work with internal and external resources.
• Strong organization, problem solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and direct work of others and manage complex facilities projects.
• Experience supervising construction, renovations, or new builds and interfacing with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee branch build-outs, relocations, and renovations.
• Manage facilities budgets and estimate project costs during initial planning.
• Coordinate with vendors and act as liaison with building management.
• Ensure brand standards and access-system management across locations.
• Document facility processes and provide recommendations to senior management.
