Job summary

Flourish Research is seeking a remote Site Development & Facilities Project Manager to support our Growth & Integration team. You will own end-to-end facilities management for the site network, including real estate, vendor management, and budget forecasting.

This role requires 4+ years in real estate or facilities across multi-site networks, with strong leadership and communication skills. Travel up to 50% may be necessary; work hours follow 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years real estate, site development, and facilities management across multi-site networks.
• Healthcare-related experience preferred and highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver site development across the network, including DeNovo builds and relocations.
• Own end-to-end facilities management for the site network and lifecycle planning.
• Develop standards, KPIs, and tracking tools for consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate with real estate, construction, and vendors to ensure compliance.
• Set budgets and forecasts; manage vendor spend with Finance.
• Act as escalation Point for site development and facilities issues.
