Job summary

Lakeside Project Solutions, LLC is seeking a FM Operations Supervisor for the second shift to supervise day-to-day facilities maintenance across multiple client sites, prioritizing safety, quality, and on-time delivery. This remote role supports clients from Texas with a strong emphasis on team leadership and process discipline.

You will translate priorities into actionable workforce plans, coach staff, and manage workflow using CRM and ERP tools.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, field service, construction, project coordination, or related service environment.
5+ years of direct people-management or supervisory experience with ability to coach and drive accountability.
Experience managing high-volume work orders, coordinating vendors, schedules, and meeting SLAs.
Experience with CRM, work-order management, ERP, and Microsoft productivity tools; Salesforce or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and develop assigned Project Managers and other operations staff.
Set clear daily/weekly expectations, monitor performance, and ensure productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
Provide coaching and performance feedback; support performance reviews and training needs with the Operations Manager.
Monitor staffing and workload; adjust staffing to meet targets and after-hours needs.
Promote ownership, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement across the team.
Oversee reactive, emergency, recurring, and planned work orders; ensure documentation and billing readiness.
Coordinate with affiliates and vendors to support qualified trade coverage and timely response.
Escalate significant concerns to the Operations Manager promptly.
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance across trades; follow client requirements and company standards.
Maintain reporting visibility using CRM and dashboards; drive process improvements.
