Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Second Shift Supervisor to be the on-site lead during evening operations, coordinating Independent Contractors and ensuring high-quality service.

You will conduct inspections, handle customer requests and complaints, and align nightly activities with the Facilities Solutions Manager. A strong emphasis on communication, organization, and adherence to safety standards is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-site supervision, operations, or janitorial services management.
• Able to lead and influence independent workers.
• Great attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication with accountability.
• High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key on-site contact during evening operations, building relationships with ICs and ensuring service quality.
• Conduct inspections, respond to customer requests and complaints, and coordinate start-ups for new clients.
• Monitor account performance and ensure ICs meet expectations; recommend adjustments as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the Facilities Solutions Manager on nightly activities, site issues, or escalations.
• Uphold City Wide policies and ensure work complies with client procedures and safety standards.
• Adapt across environments, overseeing services in office or warehouse settings.
