Job summary

Lakeside Sign Company LLC is seeking a Second Shift Operations Supervisor to oversee remote facilities maintenance for multiple sites on a 40+ hour schedule. You will lead a team, prioritize and track work orders, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while managing costs and client expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, CRM/ERP experience, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams across time zones.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
5+ years of direct people-management, team‑lead, or supervisory experience.
Working knowledge of CRM, work-order management, ERP, reporting, and Microsoft productivity tools.

Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and develop assigned Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Project Assistants, and other operations staff.
Prioritize work and monitor progress from intake through closeout and billing readiness.
Ensure scopes, estimates, schedules, and client requirements are accurate and timely.
Monitor service level commitments, backlog, and exceptions; intervene when at risk of delay or cost overrun.
Escalate significant concerns to the Operations Manager promptly.
