CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to support a large portfolio of approximately 185 healthcare-related locations. This remote position oversees facility operations, vendor performance, maintenance programs, budgeting, and client satisfaction for a leading healthcare organization.

The role requires 3+ years in facilities management, strong building-systems knowledge, multi-site work order management, and vendor management. Competitive pay with a discretionary bonus is offered.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in facilities management or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance programs.
• Experience budgeting, forecasts, and operating expenses.
• Proven multi-site work order management experience.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• FMP certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for large portfolios.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across a multi-site portfolio.
• Manage work order processes and ensure timely completion.
• Build client relationships and deliver high levels of service.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers for maintenance and projects.
• Prepare and track operating budgets and financial reporting.
• Conduct facility assessments to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S and regulatory requirements.
• Support procurement and review vendor proposals; manage invoicing.
