CBRE is seeking a Facilities Manager to support a large, geographically dispersed portfolio of approximately 185 healthcare-related locations. This remote role oversees facility operations, vendor performance, maintenance programs, budgeting, and client satisfaction for a leading healthcare organization.

You will manage budgets and expenses, coordinate vendors, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service and building strong client

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities management, building operations, property management, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance programs, and facility operations.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and operational expenses.
• Proven work order management experience within a multi-site environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, service agreements, and contractor performance.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

About the Role:

This remote position plays a critical role in overseeing facility operations, vendor performance, maintenance programs, budgeting, and client satisfaction for a leading organization within the healthcare industry. The Facilities Manager will serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders, ensuring facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in alignment with business objectives.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance activities across a portfolio of approximately 185 locations.
• Manage work order processes, ensuring service requests are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering a high level of customer service and responsiveness.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers to support preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility projects.
• Prepare, manage, and track operating budgets, expenses, and financial reporting to support portfolio performance.
• Conduct facility assessments and inspections, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, repairs, and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with environmental health, safety, and regulatory requirements across the portfolio.
• Support procurement activities, review vendor proposals, and manage invoicing and contract performance.

What You'll Need:

• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance programs, and facility operations.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and operational expenses.
• Proven work order management experience within a multi-site environment.

• Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification preferred but not required.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $102,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
