CBRE seeks a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance for a large healthcare client in the Norfolk/Richmond region. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while building strong client relationships.

Travel up to 15% is required; a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of facilities leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare Facilities leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Excellent leadership skills to motivate team and impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations.

Responsabilités

• Provide formal supervision to employees; monitor training and development; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish schedules and assign tasks.
• Set and track department deadlines; mentor and coach as needed.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; conduct regular regional facilities performance meetings.
• Report on property profiles, emergency plans, site inspections, and audits.
• Develop policies to meet contract specifications and approvals for projects.
• Create strategic facility management objectives; generate capital projects and budgets.
• Inspect facilities for quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values; influence stakeholders.
