Qualifications

• 10+ years in facilities management with 2+ years in director role.
• Bachelor’s degree in FM/Engineering/BA or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, telecom, furniture management, and energy management systems.
• Proven multi-site facilities operations and soft services delivery.
• Strong vendor management, contracts, and lease oversight.
• Experience with capital planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed team across client locations.
• Oversee CMMS administration in the region.
• Conduct facility condition inspections and maintain financial records.
• Partner with Account Directors on maintenance and workplace programs.
• Monitor vendor performance and optimize suppliers.
• Represent JLL as the regional client interface for service delivery.
• Drive client satisfaction and continuous improvement in facilities and workplace services.
• Collaborate with Site Engineering to optimize asset management and resolve work orders.
• Contribute to capital budget development and strategic projects.
