Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Facets Product & Benefits Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement healthcare products and benefit plans within the Facets platform. You will collaborate with business analysts, claims teams, product owners, and QA to deliver scalable, compliant, high-quality benefit solutions.

This remote US role requires 6+ years in healthcare payer and 4+ years with Facets configuration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in healthcare payer or equivalent.
• 4+ years hands-on Facets Product & Benefits configuration.
• Strong knowledge of benefit design, copays, deductibles, and network variations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze benefit requirements and design Facets configurations.
• Configure, validate, and maintain Facets components for benefits and claims.
• Develop documentation, mapping artifacts, and test materials.
• Create and execute testing scenarios for benefit logic including deductibles and network-based benefits.
• Troubleshoot defects and implement sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for launches and production implementations.
