Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Facets Product Consultant to lead design, configuration, and implementation of Facets solutions for healthcare operations. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, operations, care management, network management, and technology partners to deliver scalable, high-quality offerings.

In this remote role based in the United States, you will guide configuration across benefits, claims, and related modules, while ensuring best practices and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare with Facets implementation or enhancement projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Facets Product Benefits and Claims configuration.
• Experience in Facets modules including Benefits & Products, Eligibility, Coding, or Claims.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and experience supporting analysis, design, testing, and implementation activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for client and team discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facets product configuration, design, and implementation across benefits, claims, and related healthcare domains.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Facets configuration solutions and participate in global design sessions.
• Provide configuration leadership while adhering to best practices and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, test, and deploy healthcare solutions meeting objectives.
• Support testing initiatives including test case development, QA, UAT, and defect resolution.
