Cognizant is seeking a Facets Product & Benefits Senior Analyst for a remote US-based role. You will design, configure, and optimize healthcare benefit plans within the Facets platform, collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, operations, claims, and technology teams to deliver compliant benefit solutions.

The role requires 6+ years in healthcare payer, with 4+ years in Facets configuration, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
6+ years of healthcare payer experience, including at least 4 years hands-on Facets configuration/implementation.
Strong knowledge of healthcare benefit design (copays, coinsurance, deductibles, out-of-pocket max).
Experience designing/configuring healthcare products within Facets platform.
Understanding of how benefit configuration impacts claims adjudication, pricing, eligibility, and membership processing.
Experience supporting requirements analysis, solution design, configuration validation, testing, and defect resolution.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, or other payer lines of business.

Responsabilidades

Translate requirements into Facets Product & Benefits configuration solutions.
Design and configure healthcare products, benefit plans, accumulators, and cost-sharing structures.
Lead requirement gathering sessions, identify gaps and risks, and plan implementation considerations.
Validate configurations through testing to ensure accurate claims outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on impacts to membership, pricing, and downstream systems.
Troubleshoot configuration issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions.
Support implementation, release readiness, and post-production stabilization.
