You will design, configure, test, and implement healthcare product and benefit configurations within the Facets platform, collaborating with analysts, claims teams, and product owners to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires 6+ years in healthcare payer, strong Facets experience, and a background in benefit design, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end testing.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in healthcare payer domains with Facets configuration.
• 4+ years hands-on Facets Product & Benefits configuration.
• Strong knowledge of benefit design and regulatory requirements.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable configurations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze benefit requirements and configure Facets product and benefit components.
• Configure, validate, and maintain Facets configurations for benefits and claims.
• Assess impacts across membership, networks, pricing, and downstream integrations.
• Develop configuration documentation and mapping artifacts.
• Create and execute testing scenarios for benefit logic.
• Troubleshoot defects and implement sustainable solutions.
