Job summary

Evans, Inc. seeks a Program Analyst to support a large FAA air traffic modernization program. You will maintain action logs, risk registers, and analyze dependencies across seven workstreams to keep records accurate as the program moves quickly.

The role is mostly remote with occasional on-site in Washington, D.C. Prepare reports and visuals for executive review and coordinate with government and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years’ experience or Master’s with 7+ years.
• Advanced Excel skills: large multi-tab workbooks, structured data, filtering, formatting.
• Proven experience tracking actions, decisions, and risks in government programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the consolidated action log as the program’s reference record.
• Maintain decision, risk, and issue registers with ownership details.
• Document and track actions across workstreams and liaise with leads.
