• 7+ years working experience within Optical Retail.
• 5+ years’ experience in management and/or leadership positions.

• Ability to see the big picture and prioritize highest business impact.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across functions/levels.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities within affiliate practices and their partnered brands.
• Manage partnerships and hold partners accountable for staffing, support, and growth activities.
• Train retail leaders on systems, billing, and POS usage.
• Create business development strategies; build plans and drive new business.
• Analyze reporting and analytics for key business metrics.
• Present results and metrics to senior leadership; attend industry events.
