Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets all patients with a warm welcome and provides timely service.
• Explores patient needs and links them to practice offerings, including eye exams.
• Consults with Optician as needed and demonstrates product knowledge.
• Accurately describes features and benefits of products using the appropriate tools.
• Maintains clean, organized displays and inventory; handles POS transactions.
• Adheres to attendance, policies, and procedures; supports teamwork and professional development.
