Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a remote field-based Territory Sales professional for the US Denver, CO area. You will meet/exceed sales quotas, contact physicians and eye care professionals, and drive growth through strategic account planning.

Qualifications include 2+ years of B2B sales, strong communication, and CRM experience (Salesforce). Travel up to 25% is required, with a 100k–115k salary range plus incentives and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven B2B or comparable sales experience with a track record of achieving goals.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to manage customer accounts.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales quotas and key metrics set by sales leadership.
• Execute effective calls to ECPs within the territory and grow share of lenses prescriptions and care products.
• Develop account business plans for high volume customers to create sustainable growth.
• Maintain accurate customer information and account progress in Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate with distributors and attend meetings and trade shows as needed.
