Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, a trusted partner of HCA Healthcare, seeks an External Associate Recruiter to source candidates for clinical and non-clinical staff. The role emphasizes telephone sourcing, database management, and relocation data support for placements with client facilities.

You will work under the Director of Recruitment, prequalify candidates, coordinate with recruiters, and maintain candidate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• 1–2 years recruiting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates primarily by telephone for existing and new candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate profiles in the database.
• Prequalify candidates and share market/location information.
• Submit qualified candidates to recruiters for review.
• Follow up and maintain communication with candidates.
