Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking an External Associate Recruiter to support HealthTrust Workforce Solutions in a remote capacity. The role sources candidates for clinical and non-clinical staff across affiliated facilities, building a qualified pool and assisting with relocation data as needed.

The recruiter will prequalify applicants, provide market/location insights, and submit qualified candidates to recruiters for review. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates primarily via telephone and cold calling to fill open positions for client hospitals and facilities.
• Maintain candidate profiles in the database and update information as needed.
• Prequalify candidates for open positions by determining appropriate requirements.
• Provide information on position requirements, market, location and relocation options.
• Submit qualified candidates to recruiters for review and approval.
• Follow up with recruiters on pending candidates and maintain communication with candidates as needed.
• Occasionally assist hospital with verifying status of candidates post interview.
• Other duties as assigned
