Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Associate Recruiter to source candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles across HCA facilities.

You will build a robust candidate pool, prequalify applicants, and collaborate with recruiters to fill open positions, while providing relocation information and community context as needed. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in recruiting or related fields, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
• Experience using office productivity software like Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Sourcing candidates via telephone and other approved resources to fill open positions.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for posted positions via telephone and new candidate development.
• Maintain and update candidate profiles in the database.
• Prequalify candidates by determining position requirements.
• Provide information on position requirements, market, location and candidate interest.
• Submit qualified candidates to recruiters for review and approval.
• Follow up with recruiters on pending candidates and maintain communication.
