KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a dedicated Teacher to lead classrooms, coach peers, and deliver our curriculum with a focus on each child’s unique needs. You will partner with families and staff to create a nurturing, educational environment across centers.

Qualified candidates bring strong customer service, prior ECE experience, and relevant credentials. State-registered trainers preferred; roles may require physical activity and safety oversight.

Qualifications

• Outgoing customer service and organizational skills; ability to multitask effectively.
• CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy is required or pursued.
• ECE teaching experience (2–3 years) preferred; state trainer approval preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; state qualifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and give feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
