Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Belgard Sales Representative to manage the Belgard product line nationwide from a Denver-based remote position. You will grow existing business, generate leads, and develop customer relationships with contractors, distributors, and retailers.

The role requires 5+ years in sales within building materials, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel overnight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, training and education.
• 5+ years related experience managing a multi-million-dollar territory.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight.
• Ability to lift products up to 50lbs and work in building materials environment.
• Experience navigating a Customer Relationship Management platform.
• Preferred bilingual – Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with current customers to increase sales and revenue.
• Identify and prospect for new customers.
• Collaborate with customers and contractors to develop sales strategies.
• Analyze market trends and develop action plans for market shifts.
• Prepare sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetings.
• Compile dealer sales data and interpret buying cycles for production planning.
• Quote prices, terms, and prepare sales contracts for orders.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
