Agile Space Industries, Inc. seeks an Export Compliance Specialist – Regulatory & Contracts to manage ITAR/EAR compliance and contractual flow-downs. You will negotiate terms, review licenses, and partner with Legal, Security, and Engineering to embed controls across programs.

The role emphasizes risk management, process improvement, and practical guidance for business execution in a fast-growing aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, international trade, supply chain, engineering, legal studies, or related field.
• Five or more years of experience in export controls, trade compliance, or related field.
• Working knowledge of ITAR and EAR requirements and their application to contracts and data.
• Experience negotiating contracts or agreements with export-control considerations.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts for export-control obligations, restrictions, and licensing needs.
• Negotiate terms addressing export-control clauses and controlled data.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical contract language and processes.
• Support audits, investigations, and regulatory reporting related to export controls.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Engineering to embed controls into business activities.
