Agile Space Industries, Inc. is seeking an Export Compliance Specialist – Regulatory & Contracts to support ITAR/EAR compliance and export-control requirements across contracts and programs.

The role partners with multiple teams to translate regulatory needs into practical procedures and controls. The position emphasizes risk management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-growing aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in export controls, trade compliance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and determine export-control obligations and risks.
• Negotiate export-control related terms with customers and suppliers.
• Classify products and technical data for ITAR/EAR handling.
• Support license applications and regulatory flow-downs.
• Maintain audit-ready compliance records and documentation.
• Educate teams on export-control requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Program teams to embed compliance in processes.
