What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical product support to clients and customers through inbound and outbound phone calls
- Assist customers by applying technical knowledge related to the autel scanning unit
- Address technical questions and explain scanning procedures for the autel unit
- Conduct research to resolve technology issues effectively and efficiently
- Ensure quick response times to appropriately resolve client requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of IT experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with autel scanning units or similar technology
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a customer service environment
