Dental Verification of Benefits (VOB) Team Lead Specialist

We are seeking experienced Dental/Medical verification professionals for this fully remote position. The role involves overseeing verification teams, ensuring compliance with SOPs, managing client accounts, onboarding new clients, and maintaining verification protocols. Experience with PMS software like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, OpenDental, or DSN is preferred.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Team Management & Client Coordination: Supervise verification teams, ensure adherence to SOPs, oversee client accounts, and conduct regular communication to ensure satisfaction.
  2. New Client Onboarding & System Access: Test and confirm client system access, verify software setup, manage onboarding materials, and coordinate orientation meetings.
  3. Ongoing Operations & Compliance: Monitor verification processes, respond to inquiries, attend meetings, and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in insurance verification and dental benefits.
