You will translate research into roadmaps, prototypes, and scalable design systems, mentor teams, and drive proposals and estimates while advocating for AI-enabled experiences across client projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing digital experiences across platforms and devices.
• Deep Figma expertise with design system architecture guidance.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and industry tools.
• Experience building and maintaining atomic design systems.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end implications.
• Track record leading UX strategy from discovery to delivery (DXP).
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent in digital-first environments.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold the design vision and quality standard across client work.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a design team with clear direction.
• Partner with strategy on research, interviews, journeys, and usability tests.
• Co-author experience roadmaps balancing user impact and business value.
• Own design system strategy, governance, and scalable components.
• Present direction to clients and internal teams, contributing to proposals.
• Champion adoption of emerging tools and AI in design processes.
