Job summary

Granum is seeking an Expansion & Pay SDR to engage our existing customer base and uncover untapped value by promoting invoicing and payments features. You’ll drive adoption, build expansion opportunities, and coordinate with Customer Success to deepen relationships.

As a natural relationship-builder, you’ll leverage trust with current clients to book expansion meetings, qualify opportunities, and push for revenue growth. This is a remote US-based role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer success, or account management is a plus.
• Personable, energetic, and genuinely enjoy talking to people.
• Natural conversationalist who can move from small talk to business discussions.
• Goals-oriented and motivated by hitting numbers.
• Organized and disciplined for high-volume outreach.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and responds well to feedback.
• Able to learn product quickly and discuss it confidently.

Responsibilities

• Call into our existing customer base to identify and qualify expansion opportunities, focusing on upsell and cross-sell of invoicing and payments.
• Drive adoption conversations with clients who haven't activated key Granum features.
• Qualify and book expansion meetings for the Customer Success team, building pipeline from the existing book of business.
• Run high-volume outreach with phone-first approach, supplemented by email and sequences.
• Partner with Payment and Customer Success to identify expansion signals and coordinate warm handoffs.
• Track activity, pipeline, and outcomes in Salesforce with accuracy.
• Stay sharp on invoicing and payments product to address objections confidently.
