Granum is seeking an Expansion & Pay SDR to engage our current customer base, unlock untapped value, and drive expansion revenue by deepening relationships. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Onboarding, and Payments to time outreach with the right moments and stories, helping clients see new possibilities within their Granum accounts.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, focusing on trust-based conversations, product knowledge, and meeting/exceeding expansion targets

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer success, or account management is a plus.
• Able to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Responsabilités

• Call into existing customer base to identify and qualify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell).
• Drive adoption conversations with clients who have not activated key Granum features.
• Qualify and book expansion meetings for Customer Success, building pipeline.
