TaxGPT is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Expansion) to scale expansion revenue in a remote US role. You will own a $50K/month expansion number from Day 1, driving upsell and cross-sell while ensuring adoption and on-time renewals.

Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 with $50,000–$100,000 in variable pay and total compensation of $134,000–$200,000. Core duties include owning the post-sale journey, collaborating with product and support, and managing a growth-focused pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a closing/sales expansion role with quota attainment.
• Experience sourcing and closing expansion revenue within a book of business.
• Ability to manage pipeline, forecast, and hit monthly targets.
• Strong discovery and value-selling skills for business cases.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales expansion from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Hunt upsell/cross-sell within your book while ensuring adoption and renewals.
• Maintain a healthy expansion pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with product and support to keep accounts healthy.
