Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to handle high-volume inquiries about products and services in a remote schedule. You will support our Customer Experience team and help maintain service quality across channels.

Responsibilities include handling calls, emails, chats, and SMS, assisting with billing, orders, and event-related requests, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. A high school diploma and 2+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls, emails, chats, and SMS/text while maintaining accuracy and high-quality service.
• Provide expert support for product and services, billing questions, online needs, technical issues, and event-related requests.
• Process, research, and resolve complex issues, inquiries, and complaints to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Enter orders and exhibitor information, research invoices and show information in Freeman billing systems.
• Identify customer needs and provide recommendations and solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of Freeman products and services.
• Act as SME of Freeman’s website and online offerings.
• Maintain log of inquiries and resolutions.
• Be open to coaching and feedback.
• Maintain attendance, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
• Other duties as needed
