Job summary

The Freeman Company in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Exhibitor Service Representative to support the Customer Experience team. You will enter orders, handle exhibitor information, research invoices, and ensure accurate billing and on-site delivery.

This role requires 2+ years of customer service experience and a high school diploma. Travel 25-50% is expected, with work 2-3 days per week in office or show-site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders, exhibitor information, and research invoices in Freeman billing systems.
• Provide expert support for customer needs including product/services, billing questions, and technical issues.
• Process and resolve inquiries and complaints to support customer retention and satisfaction.
• Manage inbound leads and quote prices and credit terms per Freeman policies.
• Maintain knowledge of exhibitor products and the ordering website for exhibitors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure production and delivery of customer requests across Freeman services.
• Ensure accuracy of order and billing information and support on-site teams as needed.
