The Freeman Company, a global leader in live events, seeks an Exhibitor Service Representative to ensure high-quality management of exhibitor orders and on-site experience. The role supports the Customer Experience team and requires 2–3 days in‑office/show-site per week in Orlando, FL.
You will enter orders, manage exhibitor data, resolve inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver complex exhibitor needs.

Responsible for the quality management of exhibitor orders by coordinating with various departments to ensure successful delivery on-site. Serves an integral part in ensuring a successful on-site exhibitor experience.
This position will support our Customer Experience team. The position is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week based out of Orlando, FL.
Exhibitor Service Representatives are required to take and pass the New Employee Training (NET) program with an 80% or higher score; as well as six (6) hours of customer service modules that must be completed and passed with an 85% or higher score.
