Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking an Exhibitor Support Specialist for Online Exhibits. You will process online exhibit and graphic upgrade orders, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints while maintaining high accuracy and service standards.

This role supports the Customer Experience team and may be remote; you will handle calls, emails, and chats using Five9 and other Freeman systems, and assist with pricing, billing, and cross-selling Freeman services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for online exhibits and graphics with internal departments.
• Support remote on-site exhibitor graphics inquiries per SLA.
• Handle calls, emails, and chats with high accuracy and service.
• Assist with product, billing, and technical support requests.
• Guide customers through login and ordering, troubleshoot issues.
• Manage high-volume inbound leads and quotes within policy.
• Coordinate pricing, proposals, and budgets as needed.
• Suggest suitable Freeman solutions and follow up on requests.
