Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in Executive Talent Sourcing, with the ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and maintain precise candidate data in Encore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain target company lists and conduct internet research to identify target talent for retained search assignments (mid-to-senior and executive level).
• Develop targeted talent pools leveraging direct sourcing methodologies (including AI, organizational mapping, complex searches).
• Load prospective candidates into the company database and maintain accuracy in Encore. May reach out to target talent to qualify candidates on an as-needed basis.

Koenig & Associates, LLC, a premier retained executive search firm exclusively serving the Life Sciences industries (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics, services companies serving the former), is seeking an Executive Talent Sourcer.

The Executive Talent Sourcer will develop and maintain target company lists and will do internet research (linkedin and otherwise) to identify target talent for retained search assignments (mid-to-senior and executive level) to rapidly produce a best-in-class slate of candidates which exceeds client expectations. S/he will maintain up-to-date knowledge of direct sourcing methodologies (including AI, organizational mapping, complex internet searches, etc.) to develop targeted talent pools and facilitate accurate and comprehensive research / name identification. S/he will perform administrative tasks related to loading prospective candidates into database and will maintain accuracy in the company’s internal database (Encore). May be asked on occasion to reach out to target talent to qualify prospective candidates for target roles, however, this will be on an as-needed basis.

The Executive Talent Sourcer will be a self-starter and will have a perpetually positive outlook and will be able to work very independently with minimal direction and thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, high-touch, customer-focused, best-in-class service environment. S/he will be a highly-organized, collaborative, team-oriented and tenacious talent identifier and assessor with a strong work ethic and equally strong customer service orientation. Must possess a high level of tact and judgement coupled with a passion for repetitive tasks and performance excellence.
