Koenig & Associates, LLC, a premier retained executive search firm exclusively serving the Life Sciences industries (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics, services companies serving the former), is seeking an Executive Recruiter.

The Executive Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for retained search assignments (mid-to-senior and executive level), working with an Executive Researcher to provide direction and determine appropriate candidate pools. S/he will source candidates who meet or exceed client expectations and will rapidly produce a best-in-class slate of candidates. S/he will maintain up-to-date knowledge of direct sourcing methodologies (including AI, organizational mapping, complex internet searches, etc.) to develop targeted talent pools and facilitate accurate and comprehensive research / name identification. S/he will source, interview, assess and manage communications with targeted talent.

The Executive Recruiter will be a self-starter and will be able to work highly independently with minimal direction and thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, high-touch, customer-focused, best-in-class service environment. S/he will be a highly-organized, collaborative, team-oriented and tenacious talent identifier and assessor with superb assessment abilities and a strong work ethic and equally strong customer service orientation. Must possess a high level of tact and judgement coupled with a passion for repetitive tasks and performance excellence.
