• Strong sourcing, advisory, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive talent scouting for senior, specialized scientific roles.
• Develop targeted sourcing across academia, biotech, pharma, and research institutes.
• Partner with recruiters, Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and leaders to align talent plans.
• Identify passive candidates through relationship-driven outreach.
• Build long-term talent pipelines for current and future needs.
