Job summary

Sikich is seeking an Executive Search Consultant to own the full revenue cycle for US-based client engagements from business development to placement, remotely. You will source, assess, present candidates, negotiate fees, and close retained, engaged, and contingent searches.

In this full-desk role you’ll build client relationships, lead searches end-to-end, forecast activity, and maintain strong candidate networks.

Qualifications

• Full-desk recruiting experience with ownership of end-to-end searches.
• Proven ability to develop new business and secure search assignments.
• Experience presenting candidates and negotiating offers at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Generate new client business through outbound activity and referrals.
• Own the full search process from intake to placement.
• Present shortlists and executive summaries to clients; negotiate fees and offers.
• Forecast pipeline and manage client and candidate communications.
