Flagstar Bank is seeking an Executive Sales Officer to develop and maintain customer relationships, primarily targeting middle-market companies in construction, manufacturing, distribution, and service industries. The role emphasizes strong credit fundamentals to assess clients and grow a national book of business.

The ESO will collaborate with Commercial and Private Banking groups, meet annual volume and portfolio targets, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / GED / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum 4+ years’ sales experience in equipment financing with verifiable production history.
• Undergraduate degree (4 years) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify and solicit new business prospects through direct contacting efforts to build a network of sales opportunities.
• Develop partnerships with Flagstar bankers to provide financing solutions for new and existing clients.
• Leverage industry knowledge and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve/exceed new business volume quotas and portfolio growth goals set by management.
• Evaluate transactional aspects including client financial position and transaction structure.
• Partner with credit and documentation teams to meet service expectations and manage risk.
• Monitor client creditworthiness and adapt to market dynamics.
• Travel up to 50% of time.
