Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading major mechanical construction projects.
• Proven track record of overseeing portfolios or multiple project teams.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, sheet metal, and related systems.
• Experience developing senior project leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive oversight of major mechanical construction projects and portfolios.
• Establish delivery strategies, execution plans, financial targets, staffing, and risk priorities.
• Maintain accountability for profitability, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.
• Lead and develop senior project managers and other project leadership personnel.
• Partner with preconstruction and estimating on pursuit strategy, budgets, constructability, and handoffs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee contract negotiations, scope changes, claims, disputes, and schedule recovery.
• Review performance, identify issues, and initiate corrective actions.
