Responsabilités

• Provide one-to-one coaching and mentoring to senior leaders using a structured executive coaching approach.
• Offer feedback to strengthen judgement, leadership effectiveness, and decision-making.
• Support leadership teams in improving collaboration, team dynamics, and development.
• Identify and support operational improvements that enhance efficiency, cost control, and sustainable growth.
• Align key operational areas with internal leadership, including financial management and HR.
• Spot opportunities for operational improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
• Advise the CEO and executive team on leadership, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
