Job summary

WittKieffer is seeking a Senior Consultant for Private Equity Leadership Advisory, delivering end-to-end executive assessments and leadership solutions for Private Equity and Venture Capital clients. The role requires partnering with PE firms, managing mid-size engagements, and mentoring junior staff.

A strong track record in executive messaging and client relationship management is essential. The position is remote with a base salary range of $160,000 to $185,000, eligible for a Leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years' postgraduate working experience in management or organizational development consulting (external preferred).
• Experience partnering with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and understanding PE pace, value‑creation expectations, and investor mindset.
• Proven ability to produce exceptional written materials and executive-level presentations.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end executive assessment processes for Private Equity and Venture Capital clients.
• Lead midsize leadership advisory engagements and significant workstreams within larger engagements.
• Conduct and debrief high-stakes assessments for CEOs, boards, and senior leaders.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and expand the breadth of Leadership Advisory offerings.
• Develop junior colleagues and build a strong internal brand as a collaborative team member.
