Job summary

FitPoint Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for a senior advisory role supporting the CEO and executive team. This position blends operational strategy, executive coaching, and practical improvement leadership to strengthen execution and business performance.

You will partner with the CEO and senior leaders to align functions, assess operating models, and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in COO/VP/C-suite roles.
• Proven track record in improving business performance.
• Strong ability to engage with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and executive team on operational strategy, planning, and execution priorities.
• Assess operating models, workflows, and performance barriers; recommend practical improvements.
• Lead operational excellence, business process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide executive coaching to senior leaders on decision-making, leadership effectiveness, and change adoption.
• Build alignment through stakeholder management across operations, finance, people, and compliance.
• Support change management initiatives and manage cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
• Establish clear KPIs, operating rhythms, and follow-through mechanisms to track progress against strategic goals.
