A confidential client represented by Impel Consultants is seeking a senior advisor who can work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve operational performance, and support strategic execution.

The organisation is looking for a trusted senior-level Advisor who can help leaders operate more effectively, improve collaboration across the leadership team, and strengthen execution across key operational areas.

This role combines executive coaching with practical operational insight. You will help senior stakeholders improve judgement, leadership capability, team alignment, and execution discipline, while supporting initiatives that contribute to efficiency, cost control, and sustainable growth.
